At Sunshine'n'Dandelions, we take pride in offering wildcrafted, homegrown, and natural products straight from our garden to yours. Because our offerings are seasonal, handcrafted, and locally sourced, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Refund Policy - The Basics

Payment & Pickup
•     All purchases are made in person at our Marysville, WA location.
•     We currently accept cash, local payment apps, and other agreed-upon
       methods at time of pickup.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that things happen, and we want to make it right when they do.
We may offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:
•     The product was damaged or spoiled at the time of pickup.
•     You received the wrong item or quantity.
•     There was a clear issue with quality that doesn't meet our standards.
To request a refund or replacement:

•     Please contact us within 48 hours of pickup.
•     Provide a brief description of the issue and, if possible, a photo.
•     We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions
•     We do not accept returns on perishable items once they’ve left our care.
•     Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases.
•     All sales are final on clearance or seasonal items.
